President
As President of Holista, David Dingley leads the organization with a focus on strategic direction, operational excellence, and the advancement of therapy benefits management. Under his leadership, Holista continues to grow, delivering innovative solutions and high-touch support to providers and partners across multiple states.
Mr. Dingley holds a MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Business, and is a graduate of Wabash College.
Christine Olejniczak
Vice President,
Therapy Division
Chris Olejniczak has been with Holista since nearly its inception and brings deep institutional knowledge and unwavering dedication to her role. As Vice President of Holista’s Therapy Division, she oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring providers receive the support they need and that claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
Ms. Olejniczak works tirelessly to maintain strong provider relationships and continuously elevate the performance of the division—ensuring it operates at its highest potential to meet the evolving needs of the Aetna program and its affiliated partners.

Timothy Gray leads operational strategy and execution for Holista's Therapy Division, driving innovation in therapy benefit management and ensuring providers and members receive timely, accurate, and efficient support throughout their partnership with the Aetna program. With over a decade of progressive experience, Tim brings a results-driven approach to every aspect of the provider and member experience — from workflow optimization to service delivery excellence.
Mr. Gray is currently spearheading a transformative initiative to completely redesign how providers and members interact with Holista — leveraging cutting-edge technology and forward-thinking solutions to modernize the experience, strengthen partnerships, and keep Holista at the forefront of therapy benefit management.
